#456 project filenames containing & translated to accelerator key

if any of files in project has & in filename it's being
treated as accelerator so for example: "test & test.c"
will display as "test _test.c"

if you want to show & in menu, just add one more & in front
of &.
i.e.) "test & test.c" => in menu "test && test.c"
It will display like "test & test.c" on menu or other places.
