#454 error compiling resource for project with & in name
there's a problem with compiling resources containing & -
resource name is based on project name. So the problem
is with projects containing & (ie "test&test") and having
a resource (for example an icon).
windres doesn't seem to accept escape char "\&"
or "&&", enclosing it in quotes doesn't help too.
