#437 Compile progress window

The compile progress window is always visible (that
bothers me when I want to work with something else if
it's compiling)

Also, it doesn't block the edit workspace (so I can
change the code while it's compiling, żis that a feature?,
but I can't see what I'm changing because what I've
already told).

And, if you jump to another window, when you turn
back to dev-cpp it's not the compile window the active,
it's the edit workspace.
