#422 Default gutter font pixelizes

On most (but not all?) systems I have used Dev-CPP
4.9.9.0 on, if line numbers are enabled, the default
font and font size looks horribly pixelated. This may
be because the font is below Windows' default
anti-aliasing size threshold, but I haven't narrowed
the problem exactly.
The solution appears to be to use a different font,
such as Arial, and/or to slightly increase the size of
the font.
