#421 When a global compiler setting is changed, F9 recompiles
"F9" should recompile the project from scratch when an
applicable setting, such as a compiler flag, is
changed. It would also be nice, if only for
convenience, if it would NOT recompile anything if the
source code is unchanged since last compile.
