#391 Compiler set bug

Dev-C++ 4.9.9.0, Win32

Compiler set selection doesn't work - options do not
set at once when I choose them in the project
options/compiler, compiler: combo-box :(

Suppose, I want to have two presets - DEBUG and
RELEASE, so I go to "Tools/Compiler options" and then
create several presets there. But when I choose the
presets in the Project options - they do not affect.
