#390 TODO display bug

TODO list doesn't display dropdown list which allows to
choose to display TODO items from "All open files", "All
project files" and so on. This happens only when I use
big fonts (120 dpi) for my display.

My system is Windows XP Home with SP1, graphical
card - ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 with 64 MB, processor -
Pentium M 1.5, I use screen resolution of 1400x1050,
with 32-bit color depth. The bug described above exists
with version 4.9.9.0 of Dev (I don't know if it existed
also with previous versions).

I attach image showing exactly how does TODO list look
on my system.
