#351 4.8.9.10: Debug doesn't work when directories contain spaces

When I add (tools/compiler options/directories) entries
with spaces like:

D:\listingi\mingw - biblioteki- FUI XP -\include
D:\listingi\mingw - biblioteki- FUI XP -\lib

debuging (Debug/Debug F8) doesn't execute program and
returns instantly. After removing entries with spaces
everything's ok.

I don't know if it's matter but in my devcpp.ini in the
begining variables C, Cpp and Lib doesn't have
parentheses - they are duplicated later with parentheses.
