No

In the function tooltip, the function name and var
names are missing. Sometimes also some parameter types
are missing. Renders the function tooltip useless in
some cases. I attached a screenshot showing the problem.

I had this happening on Windows 98SE and on my Windows
    2000 SP2 using the same Dev-C++, it doesn't happen.
I will take a closer look at it later. It's quite early at the
    moment ;)

    hmm weird :)

Anybody with Windows 98SE and the same problem around?

Just another idea - you use the same syntax highlighter-style
on both computers or are they differently?

Can you post the syntax-highlighter settings of from your
installation on the Windows 98SE computer please.

Well..I got one computer with Windows 98SE and Windows
2000 SP3 on it. And I use the same install of Dev-C++. I just
checked the devcpp.cfg and devcpp.ini to assure they are
the same, they are. So I checked in both OSes again and it's
still happening. But I recognised, that the "default"
background color for the code-completion differs on my OSes.
It's white in 98 and black in 2000.
So...could the function tooltip also be affected by the global
windows color settings and that's the reason why I am not
    getting some names in 98?

I am notquite sure, but I think it, that the function tooltip
was OK a few versions back on my Windows 98. And I haven't
changed the global Windows color scheme in the last months
    (years?).

I also attached my syntax style.
