#331 Again unnecessary parsing of header files

When I change the delay or the background color of the
code-completion, the header files are being parsed
again. As this has no effect on the information I get
from teh code-completion this shouldn't happen.

Well...it parses the header files on every change, that
happens in the "Editor Options".
