#318 4.9.8.9 Customize Help dialog error

Demonstarted on Windows 2000, with Large Fonts
(120dpi/125%) set in Display Properties.

The Customise Help Menu dialog is truncated below
the "Assign F1 shortcut" check box, and the "Help Menu
Options" pane extends apparently infinitely to the right.
When the dialog opens its right hand side cust through
the rename icon, and the "Section 2" label.

Resizing the dialog does not reveal the OK/Cancel
buttons, since the "Help Menu Options" pane moves
with the bottom edge.
