So there was an update for windows yesterday for me. When windows updated it deleted my desmume. When i tried reinstalling it it reinstalled but when i try to open a rom it says This file does not open you do not have permission ask the administator or owner to grant permission i have no idea what that means and if all my games files were deleted or anything. this is only after windows update before it did perfectly fine
its v0.9.11 btw
