#1643 [BUG] SoulSilver after beating the Champ

So Hello,

in beforehand : Im sorry for all englosh mistakes and mistakes concerning to this "forum" - im new to this all.

So I encountered a bug in Soul Silver with the Desmume Emulator 0.9.11
The ROM version is 4828
The emulator was downloaded from the official desmume website.
If anymore informations concerning version of roms or something else are needed, tell me.

So, I try to describe the bug:
I entered the top four and after beating the Champ the game automatically saves, then there are the credits and then my game, I guess, freezes - there is a blackscreen and no sound.

Extra informations: I used cheats : Wild Pokemon modifier
Exp Modifier
Item Cheat
I used the saving method from desmume with different savefiles using shift+f1-9

I hope there is someone who can help me, this bug really frustrates me.

load in-game save just before end and beat boss again

Im so thankful for you helping me.
But I have to admit that Im not really able to understand how he solved the problem.
What exactly do I have to do?
How do I save my file so I can use it later and how do I put the cheats into another folder?
Do I need to delete Desmume and reinstall the same version?

I hope you can understand my problem

When I save my game with the built in saving from Soul Silver and then beat the champ it doesnt change anything, same bug.

first, make a backup copy of everything you have
now, delete your .dct files (that contains the cheats)
that should be all it takes

Ok if someone in the future has the same problem and is as dumb as me, removing the cheats is enough, the problem was that the menu wasnt there.
When I inserted the rom into the emulator the game isnt even loading, so yeah.

It'is the rom or the emulator who bug?

last guy to post here says it was a bug due to cheats breaking the game, which is what cheats do.
