#1313 Wont open a second time

I've been trying to play Pokemon Soul Silver for like a week and a half but every time it crashes (which is a lot) when i go to restart it it just gives me a white screen and wont load the game back up. I have 0.9.9 x64 on a Windows 8 computer if that means anything. don't know if this helps but it didn't used to be this bad. I tried doing something to keep it from crashing then when it told me to restart I never got my game back. and if you use save states you just end up crashing in the same spots over and over again. please help

HG and SS are known for crashing even on actual hardware

Flash carts do not provide the hardware features required (pokewalker connectivity) which introduces unusual behavior in the games function
