All OpenGL bugs mentioned in this issue, with the exception of the tiny inaccuracies caused by our use of float-based rendering instead of integer-based rendering, have been fixed as of commit git#73b5074.
Since the float-based inaccuracies are already documented on several other tickets, I'm closing out this one.

Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Bugs"
picross 3d has issues in opengl 3.2. Can see through blocks, no 3d settings affect it.
Also edge marking applies to wireframes and makes it too thick.
