#1 KDE Include Path Not Found

Sorry, but I'm another Linux convert and having trouble getting
this up and running. It configures okay except for a "KDE
INCLUDE PATH NOT FOUND, DISABLING KDE SUPPORT"
message.

Anyone give me a clue as to what the software is looking for,
where to find it, and how to fix it? I haven't had any look doing
searches or web hunts for info regarding this.
