[Descartes-general] Correction to download link

Thanks to the author for the nice work.

A very minor observation: the link to the download page on
http://descartes.sourceforge.net/ is not correct at one place.
This might cause some problems to folks who cannot read HTML.

I suggest replacing the link below:

...
<p>
Descartes is available from the
<a href="sourceforge.net/projects/descartes">project page</a>
...

with:

<p>
Descartes is available from the
<a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/descartes">project page</a>
