#75 Make "Lead" more visible to the operator.

It would be nice if the "Lead" jammer indicator was a bit more obvious. Perhaps green similar to a running period/jam/lineup/etc clock when they are lead and back to grey when they aren't. (Keep the two buttons, it's nice to have separate "lead" and "no lead" buttons.)
