#70 Events based on real time & other triggers

It would be nice to be able to set things based on real time. For example:

-Set the "Time to Derby" to run out at a certain time (ie: 7pm) instead of 20 minutes from now.
-Change the view between images, custom pages, scoreboard at certain times or events. Example:
--At 6:45pm change from "Image - League Logo" to "Scoreboard"
--After the first period switch from "scoreboard" to "custom page - intermission" and switch back with 2 minutes remaining in halftime.

Some of this can be done in javascript already... for example the scoreboard to custom intermission page. Shouldn't be hard.
