Having this page is confusing, and its only useful function is the tracking of passes. if this is moved to a different location, this page can go away.

See https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3519116&group_id=174565&atid=869735 for some discussion of the lap tracking.

Please don't completely remove the old lineup page. While I'm sure better options could be written, I actively use that page to enter the current jammers via a tablet. It makes it easy to remain mouseless when operating the scoreboard, or for outsourcing the work to an extra NSO.

As a compromise, I recoded the lineups page, to remove all the extra stuff. It only tracks skater position now. If you think we should still remove it, let's re-start a discussion on the mailing list to make sure Andrew and nobody else still uses it.

As mentioned in the list discussions - don't remove the page completely as I use the line up page to set jammers on one computer while using a netbook to control the score board via keyboard (so i can be doing the 2 things at once) and means when a jammer is in trhe box her position is saved for the next jam
