I realise these are both UI and Functionality, but I thought I'd stick them here. Feel free to tell me off and I'll create them individually, if you want.

-Add a trigger for 'Lead Changed' (eg, Team1 was in the lead, this jam changed the lead, trigger)

Rob, can you open a new bug for the twitter trigger on lead score change? That one isn't so easy and I'd like to track that separately as the rest of these items are done.
The 'Short Name' part of the overlay doesn't work. Still displays the full team name. Twitter names work - I'll update the twitter config.
