If you open a project.xml, the conflicts section might
miss some conflicts.

Situation:

Project A is an indirect dependency of the current project. It is referenced by two other projects
B and C (both of them being indirect dependencies
of the current project as well).

B refers to A 1.6.0, C refers to A 1.5.13.

The conflicts section does not reflect this conflict
for project A until you use "Apply Rules".
