deplate 0.6 released

deplate is a tool for converting documents written in an unobtrusive, wiki-like markup to LaTeX, HTML, "HTML slides", or docbook. It supports embedded LaTeX code, footnotes, citations, bibliographies, automatic generation of an index, etc.

Many small changes were made in order to make deplate more consistent and more stable. The biggest "user-visible" changes are: the standard markup for emphasis and code has changed (a module is provided for re-enabling the old markup); you can define simple regions/macros/commands inline without writing any ruby code; regions can be indented; improved navigation bar for html slides; arguments to regions/macros/commands can be put in double quotes; added support for Russian; improved support for Chinese; new macros and aliases: plain, \, code, ', verb, _, emph, em, stacked, sup, super, sub, text, idx, label; new commands: ABBREV, MODULE; new elements: --8<----
