I observed a problem when converting files with underline as part of the file name. For example deplate_intro.dplt. The file conversion is done, but, my program don't find the converted file to open it. This is due to the fact that Deplate generates a file named deplate__intro.html. Observe the double underline!
OS: Windows Vista
Ruby: Latest
Deplate: Latest
Program: Tinn-R

As I recently mentioned in another thread, it currently isn't a good idea to use underscores in filenames. Since I really don't like that behaviour myself, there is a chance though this will change in the next release.
