#95 HLP generator

Is there any way you could output to HLP files instead of CHM files.
I tried a tool to convert the CHM file to HLP file however it took
over an hour and the HLP file looked terrible. Fonts overwriting each
other etc. etc.

However outputting a HLP file would resolve all the problems.
