Is there a way to import custom HTML documentation? For example, something like Installation Instructions such that it would get it's own entry into the tree?

Also, I'd like to be able to import html into a section to expand on it's detail. For example, in a section that defines an enum where each enum indicates an image, I'd like to show each image next to each enum. If I could specify a comment like "@import c:\help\myfile.html" that would show the html inline with all images, css etc, that would be great.
