#86 Possibility to specify where gen. chm file should be saved

I would like to propose an option to let you specify where the generated .chm file should be saved.

I would like to seperate the generated .htm files from the generated .chm files (the .htm files could be kept in the default exe\out\ folder, but the .chm should be kept in the folder (or subfolder) of the project I am documenting.
