I want to customize colors on the Help file. I don't like the default colors.

  You just need to change the DelphiCodeToDoc.css file in the output folder, CSS is really simple and you can edit it with every html&css tools.
  
  Custom colors is not implement yet in DCTD, but it is forecasted (not the top priority).
