#216 Corrupted project file broke application
if project file (xml format) was corrupted (fill with one '?' char for example), DelphiCodeToDoc is broken :
An error is diplayed (Invalid document) but the UI acts as the file was loaded, ie I can Build a project, icon is enabled.
Debug:
Error while loading Project: The file is not compatible with this application revision
Error while loading Project: The file is not compatible with this application revision

Test is made when trying to open an project xml file.
