German umlauts in the generated CHM are always presented wrongly:

GUI zum Hinzuf?ines oder mehrerer

Instead of the ?-sign there should be a ü (small letter u with dots above).
Maybe some option to set a codepage or so could help at least in western countries.

I can't reproduce this bug.
Can your send me an example file, and the version of DCTD used.
