#4 Error- This plug-in does not have an OSGi bundle manifest

Using DEP4E latest build (2014.02.0) in Luna 4.4 to create Eclipse Help for a new software plugin,
All the target files are being created but there is no Manifest file being created.
When I browse the plugin.xml I get a message stating that there is no OSGi bundle manifest. see attached screen print.
It appears as though Luna 4.4 has now deprecated certain features and demands the creation of a OSGi bundle.

This issue needs some investigation.
Either the source of this issue is an error within the DocBook XSL Stylesheets or within the Ant build process.
That may takes some time.

Nils - I am sorry if I am being a bit thick ! Are you wanting me to pick
