    changed: Ant target Eclipse param generate.toc
    from: <param name="generate.toc" expression="appendix nop article nop chapter nop part nop section nop set nop">
    to: <param name="generate.toc" expression="appendix nop section nop">

    Just as an aside - I think that it is a poor restriction that the user doesn't have a little more control over the the TOC content without the need to write a customization layer to the XSLT.

    There doesn't appear to be a "standard" when it comes to Eclipse help plugins.
    Some simply have bullet points for each chapter - some like the XSL Tools help have a full and complete TOC which could go to many lines and includes Tables and Figures (because the XSL Tools online help was created n DocBook)
    There should be an easy method of allowing the user to determine to what depth of TOC he wants.
    I think a good compromise is to provide a Book level TOC of Chapters - then when a chapter is clicked that there be a Table of Contents for the first level of sections within the chapter. Along the same lines as the Eclipse "Workbench User Guide" online help.
    See the attached as an example of the Book level TOC and the chapter level TOC - both taken from the "Workbench User Guide".

    This is pretty much the same as what is produced in Eclipse WorkBench Help layout (compare to screen prints provided).
    <param name="generate.toc" expression="appendix nop article nop book toc chapter toc part nop section nop set nop">

    <param name="'generate.section.toc.level" expression="1">
    <param name="chapter.autolabel" expression="0">

    What is needed is a way to create these few lines in a simple customization layer that can be easily dropped into the DEP4E build process for the Eclipse help piece.
