This is exactly what MDV-32 <http://www.jfrog.org/jira/browse/MDV-32> means
- right now the analyzer only analyzes dependencies and not modules.
It will not help you if you want to start from a POM file that has a list of
modules.
It is possible to bypass this issue by creating a dummy POM with all your
modules as dependencies.
