#58 users-host,users-valid files have no info

Version 2.6 on Ubuntu 10.04
In the WORK_DIR the users-invalid file contains usernames from login attempts from 'users' with no valid username on the machine. The files users-host and users-valid are empty, in spite of the fact there have logins that fit both those categories.
