#42 name looking like ip gives 'access'

I got a nice 'feature' in denyhosts
while I'm trying to connect to my ssh server over 'O2 Germany's UMTS' in /var/log/messages appeared:

in /etc/hosts.deny line4: 1.106.113.82
looks like an ip-address, but was a name...
i were able to connect again and again...
