FAILED_ENTRY_REGEX misses some log entries, at least when running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 such as this one:

Failed password for netdump from 70.108.253.123 port 36251 ssh2

The support for IPv6 capable hosts' ::ffff: seems to be where the flaw is when playing with Kodos.

I've submitted a patch that fixes the matching problem for me:
