[Denovoassembler-users] How to assemble pan-metagenomic

Hi smart guys,

I want to assemble paired end sequences from three samples. And due to
certain reason, I want to

assemble them into a pan-assembly file. But there is no such option in Ray,
do you have any

suggestion?

Any help will be appreciated :)
