There will be two things. The UGO Project as it exists today is a quite advanced ECMAScript XForms implementation that runs natively in the browser (to date Mozilla and IE i think). And there will be DENG 2.0, a rewrite of the DENG engine you are using now, targeted for Flash Player 8.5 (development starts later this year, so don't expect it to be available before next year). > I would like to ask one more question. Have you tried file:///c:/Temp/filename.xml ? You can also avoid using those container html's alltogether and use JavaScript to dynamically embed DENG directly into your XHTML/XForms documents. Stefano developed a method for UGO, and i developed a simpler method i called SEFFS: http://demaledetti.net/ugo/examples/deng/sample_xforms_nostyle.html http://wahlers.com.br/claus/blog/seffs-to-flash-or-not-to-flash/ cheers, claus. |
