TDEC 0.6 adds extended functionality to plugin demo system

TDEC's run time demo plugin system has been extended with functions to pass effect's parameters to plugins by using a parameter
list. This makes it possible to add effects defined in a database or from a script.
Some simple effect and filter plugins were added to the PLUGINS directory to demonstrate how easy it is to implement these.
