I added the lock function on the menu, it works correctly, but the unit read-only property stays activated, because when I opened the unit, it was "ready only". I believe that I would have to recharge the unit or close it and open it again.

It should, because it just invokes TortoiseProc via ShellExecute and there is no binding to DLLs or such.
I now had the possibility to test the x64 version of TortoiseSVN and can confirm that it's working!
