Someone with some knowledge of the Microsoft
Intermediate Language (MSIL) and C# should check the
implementation of "NETAssignEventHandler"
inside "DotNetExec.cs".
It sometimes seems to produce an exception when a
certain event occurs and is forwarded to the Delphi
handler.
