[Delphine-dvlpt] How to solve memory bug

To solve the memory bug, we just have to change RAM
detection in boot/setup.S

I think we have to use BIOS int 15h (I don't remember
function's number) and if the result is bigger than
16Mb, then we use the actual memory detection.

I think it will be ok.

I'll do that tonight (if I have enough time)  :-)
