#7 Some bugs on Deplhi 7 with Indy 9

Bug #1. Compile error in indy9/Slave demo. See fixed pas and diff from 1.62 in attaches.
Bug #2. If property OnExecute of TIdModBusServer is not set, we have uncatched exception EIdNoExecuteSpecified with connection thread termination. So I removed inherited DoExecute call.
Bug #3. When client closes connection, TIdModBusServer does not catch it, so we have dead loop in TIdPeerThread.Execute. I add code to catch closed connection.
