[DelphiAsioVst-SynthEdit] MP3 module improved!

Hi there,

I've separated the MP3 module to have a simple Mp3 Player and a more 
advanced one. The advanced will feature some ID3 Tags and a pitch pin, 
where you can choose the relative pitch in semitones. (e.g. +12 = one 
octave up). 4 different types of interpolation are available (none, 
linear, hermite & bspline).
