[DelphiAsioVst-SynthEdit] MP3 module bug fixed

Hi there,

just want to let you know that I just fixed the bug in the MP3 module 
that was responsible for the crash on stop. Other than that I haven't 
fixed much more. Additionally I only exposed the buffer pin.
