[DelphiAsioVst-SynthEdit] DAV Filter Update

Dear Subscribers,

today I added 8 filters to the DAV Filter module. These are the 
different lowshelf/highshelf types. They are available as normal filters 
(modulatable at samplerate) and a lightweight series with several 
improvements (updated less often).
