#5 Sets browse page should not say "Add to Set"

When browsing a set, it seems confusing to show the "Add to Set" command underneath an item. It is already in a set right?
I think the idea was to allow adding it to another set, which is fine, but is what it should then say. E.g., "Add to another set"
