I see there is a feature request with this documented. Is there a workaround for this problem? Is it being addressed?

  Well, I know there are some bug reports thoughtfully submitted onto the bug tracker that I'm going to get onto when I have a free weekend. Presuming the V6 Hotsync Manager is freely downloadable, I can have a look into it then.
  
  I'm sorry that this is a bit of a vague answer, but it's a really busy time right now; I will try to make some time for it as soon as possible.
