I think it is great that you guys are working on a winamp clone--although I mostly have linux computers at my house, my primary box is still running windows, but I try to use OS software wherever possible. (need to use adobe/macromedia stuff, plus I play games sometimes**SOMEDAY I WILL BE FREE**)
Anyways, everything seems to work slick (I got a winamp skin going and everything), but I can't seem to get random to work (which is a fairly crucial function IMO)... I noticed that the eq doesn't work either, but if you want my onpinion, I think that winamp's EQ is a POS, and I wouldn't spend much time on duplicating theirs.
Well that is my rant/question--BTW thanks for your time and hard work--I have officially uninstalled WinAmp2 and am using your player along with XMMS as my primary MP3 Players!
Thx,

hi dean,
thank you very much for you support
we had some problems with the random function so we decided to deactivate it for Delphamp 2.0a, but in next release a simple random function will be avaible
the EQ isn't really easy to duplicate (or to make a new one) we are working on it but i think it will take some time
Pretender

If possible could you make the eq not like winamp's eq? That would set Delphamp apart from Winamp with its sub-par equalizer. Perhaps you two developer dudes could look at other programs with good equalizers for inspiration. I like the eq on Sonique's player way back when but I don't know how the eq is on other players because I don't use other players.
This is an interesting project to follow :)

Could you please include the ".dcr" files in the download as I cannot compile it.
Kind regards.
