#3 always on top not working properly

after choosing the option "always on top", if I reduce
it to the task bar, it disapears: no way to interact
with it, even if the process still exists and still
continues playing the songs.

other minor bug: the library tab in the options doesn't
work.

suggestion: allow directory drag-n-drop to playlist.
